Opinion
TROWBRIDGE
v.
STATE.
Supreme Court of Indiana.
Transfer denied. Dickson, Sullivan and Rucker, JJ., concur. Shepard, C.J., and Boehm, J., concur and vote to deny transfer believing that the Court of Appeals in the course of its revision under Appellate Rule 7(B) could plausibly have reached the same outcome in a manner consistent with the plea agreement.
