Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent Commissioner of Correctional Services which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.
[936]*936Petitioner, a prison inmate, was found guilty of conspiring to assault another inmate and threatening violent conduct after he wrote a letter to an individual and requested money in exchange for assaulting the inmate who had burglarized her home.
At his disciplinary hearing, petitioner pleaded guilty to violating two additional prison disciplinary rules.
