Pursuant to a stipulation of the parties whereby plaintiff agreed to sell to the United States for $250,000 his entire right, title and interest, including the right to sue for past infringement, in United States Letters Patent Nos. 2,666,962 and 2,713,924, on February 22, 1972, the court ordered that judgment be entered for plaintiff in said sum
