TO THE HONORABLE FIFTEENTH COURT OF APPEALS:

Appellants file this Unopposed Motion for Extension of time to file

Appellants’ Brief and in support show the following:

1. Appellants’ brief is due on July 16, 2025. Appellants request an

extension of time of forty-five (45) days, until September 1, 2025, to file Appellants’

brief.

2. Appellants counsel was on vacation for a week in early July and needs

additional time to prepare Appellants’ Brief.

3. Appellants’ counsel has conferred by email with opposing counsel who

indicated that there was no opposition to this request.

4. This is Appellants’ first request for extension of time to file its brief.
