Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion for an examination before trial as an adverse party of defendant’s assignor, Fairbanks-Morse Home Appliances, Inc., by Addison Brown, its former sales manager, denied. No opinion. The date for the examination of the other parties to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice. Present — 'Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
