Order denying conditionally defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to prosecute, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
