Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The appellant sought to appeal both an order denying a motion to quash service and an order denying a motion to vacate a default. Both of these are non-final orders. The appeal from the order denying the motion to quash service of process is untimely. Therefore, we have no jurisdiction to review it at this time. We find no abuse of discretion in the order denying the motion to vacate the default.

Affirmed in part; dismissed in part.

DELL, WARNER and GARRETT, JJ„ concur.
