YELVERTON, Judge.

For the reasons discussed in the consolidated ease of Himel Marine, Inc. v. Gilman & Lorraine Braquet, et al., 629 So.2d 425 (La.App. 3d Cir.1993/4), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed, costs of appeal are assessed to the appellant.

AFFIRMED.
