In an action to recover damages for breach of contract and for an accounting, the appeal is from a judgment awarding damages, interest and costs, entered after a trial of the issues before an Official Referee. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
