Opinion

COVINGTON, Judge.

Binh Tran challenges the denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). While we affirm the trial court’s denial of Tran’s motion, it is without prejudice to Tran’s right to file an appropriate motion pursuant to rule 3.850. Nedd v.
