Opinion

PER CURIAM

The Director of Revenue of the State of Missouri appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County setting aside the Director's decision to suspend the driving privileges of Jonathon Trampe.

We affirm. Because an extended opinion would have no precedential value, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this order pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
