This action is one of three consolidated suits involving alleged damages to real property situated on Cross Lake. Decided this day is the case of Hamilton v. City of Shreveport, No. 10,196 on the docket of this court 168 So.2d 380. The factual and legal issues herein involved are identical with those determined in the above mentioned case. Accordingly, the demands of plaintiff are rej ected at her cost.
