Upon Motion of Mr. Hume Of Council for the Defendant Yeomans praying That the Complainants Bill in this Cause be Dismissed, and Producing an Authority from the Complainant Townsend and Signed by him, impowering the Register of this Court to Enter such Dismission with Costs of Suite,
