The decree of the Circuit Court and appellant’s exceptions thereto- are herewith officially reported. After carefully considering the exceptions, we overrule the same and are satisfied to adopt the conclusions of fact and law in the Circuit decree, for the reasons therein stated.

The judgment of the Circuit Court is affirmed.
