Towers v. Myers
127 P.3d 651, 339 Or. 611, 2005 Ore. LEXIS 789
Opinion
TOWERS v. MYERS.
Oregon Supreme Court.
Ballot title certified. Petitioner's request for oral argument is denied. Petitioner's arguments that the Attorney General's certified ballot title for Initiative Petition No. 71 (2006) does not comply substantially with ORS 250.035(2) (a)-(d) are not well taken. The court certified to the Secretary of State the Attorney General's certified ballot title for the proposed measure.
