Judgment affirmed, with costs, upon the ground that the failure of the plaintiff to disclose his relations with the purchasers vitiated any contract of employment between the parties hereto. All concur. Present — Sears, P. J., Crouch, Edgcomb, Thompson and Crosby, JJ.
