MEMORANDUM OPINION PER CURIAM Tonja Augmon, Independent Administrator of the Estate of Obanelyvia Cunningham, deceased filed an agreed motion to dismiss this appeal. In her motion, Augmon states that the parties have reached a settlement agreement. The motion is signed by counsel for each party. Because Augmon has met the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(1), we grant the agreed motion, and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
