Opinion

Opinion of the Court, by

Ch. J. Muter.

THE court is of opinion that the bond taken for the delivery of property on the execution directed to the sheriff of Jefferson county, is illegal and insufficient, inasmuch as there is no time specified therein for the delivery of the property, nor is the property specified.

The said delivery bond quashed and made void with costs.
