—■ Action for damages for breach of contract relating to the sale of heating oil. Order in so far' as it grants plaintiff’s motion by striking out items 3, 9 and 10 and modifying item 8 of the appellant’s demand for a bill of particulars affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements; said bill of particulars to be served within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
