TOMAS V]LLEGAS and DENISE LONG agree to settle this case for $1,750.00 for bodily injury and $2,000.00 for property damage inclusive of any and all liens and/or subrogated interests. In exchange for the payment of the sum of $1,750.00 for bodily injury and $2,000.00 for property damage, upon receipt of the settlement checks, TOMAS VILLEGAS shall dismiss the case with prejudice to any refiling and provide DENISE LONG with a full and hnal release

In addition, Plaintiff’s Counsel will provide Defense Counsel with drafting instructions for proper and direct payment to the lienholder or holder of a subrogated interest Counsel for Plaintiff agrees to hold the settlement checks in trust and that payment is contingent upon the receipt of the properly executed
