Opinion

Ejectione firmae. After verdict for the plaintiff, the defendant moved that there is a variance between the writ in the file (which was M. 22) and the declaration, viz., 10 acres of land more in the declaration; and there were other variances. For which judgment was arrested. But it was amended afterwards. See postea, p. 691.
