Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm Appellant’s convictions for kidnapping and sexual battery. Appellant also asks to be sentenced for the sexual battery conviction, as the parties agree that the trial court vacated Appellant’s initial sentence on that conviction but never resentenced him. We therefore remand [1131]*1131for imposition of sentence on the sexual battery conviction.

AFFIRMED and REMANDED for imposition of sentence.

GUNTHER, STONE and STEVENSON, JJ., concur.
