A25D0496. TIMOTHY WOODARD v. SHAWN GILLIS.
Timothy Woodard filed an application for discretionary review in this Court to challenge the trial court’s orders dismissing or denying 12 motions he filed as part of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Under our Constitution, the Supreme Court of Georgia has exclusive appellate jurisdiction over all cases involving habeas corpus. See Ga. Const. of 1983, Art. VI, Sec. VI, Par. III (4). Accordingly, we hereby TRANSFER this case to the Supreme Court for disposition.
