Opinion

It appearing that plaintiff's counsel has reasonably defended this claim before both levels of the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court, that an attorney fee of $6,500.00 is reasonable pursuant to the N.C.G.S. § 97-88.

It is therefore ordered that defendant shall pay plaintiff's Counsel an attorney fee of $6,500.00.
