For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Triangle Marine, Inc. v. James R. Savoie, Etc. 94-1502 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/2/95); 664 So.2d 632, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are assessed to the appellants.

AFFIRMED.
