Opinion

Patents; infringement. On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiffs be entered for $250,000, plus interest at 4 percent per annum from March 8, 1957, until date of payment. By terms of the stipulation plaintiffs released the Government for all past infringement and granted it a license to all patents in suit for the life of such patents.
