IN this case, an appeal being takeil from a Judgrncw of the Superior Court of Monongalia County, it wa~ granted by that Court, "upon the appellant's enterin~ "into bond with good security conditioned as the la~ directs, in the Clerk's (~ffice, within thirty days;' which bond was accordingly given; but this Court dis~ missed the appeal, on the ground that the bond, being given not in open Court but in the Clerk's Office, wa~ il1e~al.
