On motion of Mr, Edward Rutledge, wiih the concur™ rence 0f ]y[r. Bay, ordered, that an issue be directed to ascertain the validity of a deed of gift, as mentioned in ^ie Mil of complaint iii this cause.
Afterwards (in December, 1787,) the bill was die-missed with costs; and it was ordered# that the verdict of the jury at Camden, proving the forgery of a deed of gift in bill mentioned, should be filed, and become of record In the Registry of this court
