Opinion

374 So.2d 650 (1979)

William THOMPSON (Lee Ethel Wilson)
v.
IBERVILLE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD and Griffon J. Bourgeois.

No. 65042.

Supreme Court of Louisiana.

September 4, 1979.

Denied.

DIXON, J., would grant the writ.

TATE and DENNIS, JJ., dissent. Would not disturb the trial court's factual determination that the teacher kicked the student and that his method of disciplining the student was not only unreasonable under the circumstances but also contrary to school board policy.
