Opinion

Per Curiam,

Tbe decree from which this appeal is taken is supported by a very careful, painstaking report by a master, wbo recommended tbe refusal of tbe prayer of tbe libel-lant, followed by an examination of all tbe testimony by tbe court below, and a dismissal of tbe exceptions filed to tbe master’s report, affirming bis recommendation.

After another examination of tbe whole record by this court tbe decree entered by tbe court below is affirmed.
