ORDER

Consideration of this application was deferred pending the finality of Kirkland v. Riverwood International USA, Inc., 95-1830 (La. 9/13/96), 681 So.2d 329. Now that Kirkland has become final, we remand this ease to the Second Circuit Court of Appeal for reconsideration in light of Kirkland.
