BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

As directed by the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Thomas, 625 So.2d 1156 (Ala.1993), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
