Opinion

Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Esworthy, J.), entered September 20, 1989, which, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, directed that the parties share joint custody of their children.

Order affirmed, without costs, upon the opinion of Judge Joseph W. Esworthy. Mahoney, P. J., Casey, Yesawich, Jr., Levine and Harvey, JJ., concur.
