Order granting reargument and, upon reargument, adhering to the original decision, which denied appellant’s motion to declare null and void the determination of the town board of the town of Hempstead denying appellant’s application to install certain gasoline tanks, etc., unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Johnston, Acting P. J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ.
