In re: Southern Pacific Company applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and review.

[379] Writs refused. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction.

SANDERS, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted. LSA-C.C.P. Arts. 1452 and 1492. See also Geolograph Service Corp. v. Southern Pacific Co., La.App., 172 So.2d 128. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
