An oral hearing on Defendant’s Plea to the Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss was held on December 7, 2015. The trial court signed and entered an Order Denying Defendants’ Amended Plea to the Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss on December 7, 2015.
