JUDGMENT

The State of Texas for the Protection of Appeal from the 57th District Court of Callaway Logan Smith, Appellant Bexar County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 2022-CI- 13088). Panel consists of Chief Justice No. 06-23-00082-CV v. Stevens and Justices van Cleef and Rambin. Matthew Smith, Appellee Memorandum Opinion delivered by Chief Justice Stevens.

As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find that the motion of the appellant to dismiss the appeal should be granted. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. We further order that the appellant pay all costs incurred by reason of this appeal.
