On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement on the basis of the decision in Union Pacific Railroad Company v. The United States, 117 C. Cls. 534, and in other similar cases, and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $8,653.08.
