Opinion
The Petition for Writ of Certiorari is granted and the order of the trial court, rendered November 17, 1980, denying petitioner’s motion to compel arbitration is quashed and the cause is remanded with directions to order the parties to submit this cause to arbitration pursuant to their contract. See Vic Potamkin Chevrolet v. Bloom, 386 So.2d 286 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1980).
