On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the January 23, 2018 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and we REMAND this case to the Court of Claims for reconsideration in light of Ally Fin., Inc. v. State Treasurer , 502 Mich. 484, 918 N.W.2d 662, 2018 WL 3520302 (2018) (Docket Nos. 154668, 154669, and 154670 ).

We do not retain jurisdiction.
