PER CURIAM.

The notice of appeal was not timely filed in this proceeding and accordingly the appeal must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. That dismissal, however, is without prejudice to appellant’s right to petition the circuit court for relief. In the Interest of E.H., 609 So.2d 1289 (Fla.1992).

DISMISSED.
