Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We find no error in the contested issues on appeal. The state properly concedes that conformity with Sirmons v. State, 634 So.2d 153 (Fla.1994) requires appellant’s convictions for grand theft be vacated.

AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part; and REMANDED.

PETERSON, GRIFFIN and THOMPSON, JJ., concur.
