ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

PATTERSON, Judge.

The trial court’s judgment is reversed, and the cause is remanded for a new trial on the authority of Ex parte Taylor, 636 So.2d 1246 (Ala.1993).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
