The undersigned have reviewed plaintiff's motion for reconsideration and the prior Decision and Order based upon the record of the proceedings before Deputy Commissioner Shuping. The plaintiff has not shown good ground to make additional findings of fact, reconsider the evidence, or reconsider the Decision and Order in this case.

Plaintiff's motion for additional findings of fact and motion for reconsideration is, and the same shall be, hereby DENIED.
