Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 11, 1977, dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements. That order was superseded by the order dated September 21, 1977, which granted reargument. Order of the same court, dated September 21, 1977, affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements. No opinion. Martuscello, J. P., Suozzi, Rabin and Hawkins, JJ., concur.
