Opinion

Per curiam:

Appellant Bruce Taylor appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County following a bench trial on a claim of breach of contract. On appeal Taylor alleges that the circuit court erred in disregarding evidence that, as a contractor, he must be paid in full for services rendered. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
