District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided September 21, 2000·No. No. 1D00-2442·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Maxwell v. Nugget Oil, Inc., 744 So.2d 1203 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999); Benton v. Moore, 655 So.2d 1272 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995); see also Johnson v. First City Bank of Gainesville, 491 So.2d 1217, 1218 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986). The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellants to seek [554] review upon the trial court’s entry of a final order.
