Opinion

In an action to rescind two deeds executed by plaintiff, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 10, 1977, which, inter alia, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements, on the opinion of Mr. Justice Lazer at Special Term. Cohalan, J. P., Titone, Hawkins and Suozzi, JJ., concur.
