Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This appeal is dismissed as untimely filed. See Fla. R. Juv. P. 8.265(b)(3). The dismissal is without prejudice to appellant’s filing in the trial court a petition for habeas corpus seeking belated appeal. See In the Interest of E.H., 609 So.2d 1289 (Fla.1992).

LEWIS, C. J., BENTON and WETHERELL, JJ., concur.
