vi STATEMENT OF THE CASE Nature of the This appeal involves a question of promissory estoppel decided by Case the trial court by way of summary judgment. Here, a potential buyer of real estate [Appellant Young] claims the seller [Appellee PlainsCapital] had come to agreement on all material terms and only lacked a signed-written agreement. The undisputed facts show that there was not a meeting of the minds with respect to all of the material terms of the agreement.
